Grant Project Implementation Plan and Evaluation
Implementation and evaluation plans can feel tricky and many organizations over-complicate them.
This course will help you:
1. Define and identify goals, objectives, activities, outputs, and outcomes
2. Understand how to create comprehensive logic models and project evaluations for a variety of program complexities
Course 4:
Budgets, Submissions & Post-Award Management
You’ve done the hard work of finding the right funder and designing a strong program, now it’s time to make the numbers and the paperwork match your vision.
This course will help you:
1. Build and justify a grant budget that holds up to funder and reviewer scrutiny
2. Finalize, edit, and submit a complete, compliant grant application
3. Manage a funded grant from signed contract through final report and closeout
